LLP registration.
Formation documents and agreement support for a limited liability partnership.
The right support.
With the details in view.
An LLP combines an incorporated entity with an agreement-led relationship between partners. We help define contributions, profit sharing and decision rights, prepare formation papers and organise the LLP agreement so the legal structure reflects how the partners intend to run the business.
First, establish what applies
Entity formation, tax registrations and optional recognition schemes are different steps. Udyam and Startup India recognition do not replace incorporation or operating licences.
